They take you away from your everyday life & stresses, I then create a feeling of fun followed by bonding within the group this then quiets the mind ready for the workshop so that you are open & ready to change an aspect of your life that no longer serves you ❤

I have been asked what is in the itinerary of my retreats which isn’t an easy question to answer as each retreat adapts to the participants needs, however there are certain things that you can expect in every retreat ❤
💛 Luxury accommodation on Callala Bay
💛 King Rooms with private en-suites & some rooms have water views!
💛 All meals & refreshments inc. In House Chef Saturday Night
💛 An activity such as Massage, High Tea or Paint and Sip
💛 Clear some of the stresses from daily living!
I run retreats three times a year and I have repeat bookings from one retreat into the next so I must be doing something right! See the schedules & dates for each below.
YOUR INVESTMENT
The Soul Retreats are a luxury retreat from $1300 – $1600.
$200 Deposit holds your room and I offer a payment plan so you can work the retreat into your weekly budget.
The retreat options:
Friday arrival – after we have settled into gorgeous Mandala House we have our relaxing massages AHH! I’m taken back there just thinking about it ❤
Friday evening – a beautiful meal will be served that is full of heart and SUPER tasty ❤
Friday night – after dinner we do team building that allows you to feel comfortable in the space and with the new people in the group quickly so that you form relationships that last beyond the retreat ❤
Saturday all day – An intense workshop that will help you kick to the kerb what holds you back or sabotages you going forward. I believe this workshop is equivalent to 10 one on one sessions with me and we adapt to your pace, you will be encouraged but not pushed into digging deep and clearing it ❤
Saturday night – Our chef arrives to cook us an AMAZING meal! Oh my mouth is watering! and we celebrate every step we have progressed ❤
Sunday morning – We have a debrief the following morning to ensure everyone is OK then we have a closing circle and we head off ❤
There’s more in between plus a few surprises and we have some spare time for a swim or time to reflect ❤

We start off Friday morning to allow plenty of time for our experience of lunch at a vineyard & a few more surprises!
Friday afternoon is free time to unpack & call home 💖
We then enjoy a gorgeous home cooked meal followed by team building activities.
Saturday is the workshop where you learn tools and strategies to balancing a challenge or two in your life.
Dinner Saturday night is a beautiful Chef cooked meal followed by free time.
Sunday morning is our debrief before we pack up to go back to our lives 🥰
There’s also a few surprises that you’ll have to come to find out what they are 😍

Friday arrival – after popping the fire on we pop the bubbly and settle in and wait for the creative juices to flourish! We have lots of giggles to help you shake off the week and settle into the retreat space ❤
Friday evening – a beautiful home cooked meal will be served that is full of heart and SUPER yummy ❤
Friday night – after dinner we do team building that allows you to feel comfortable in the space and with the new people in the group quickly so that you form relationships that last beyond the retreat ❤
Saturday all day – An intense workshop that will help you kick to the kerb anything that holds you back or sabotages you going forward. I say these retreats are like a weekend away with your girlfriends times 100!

Why You Should Put Yourself First
Here are the top 3 excuses I have heard why someone cannot attend a retreat and my responses of that’s exactly why you should come 🙂
- My family relies too much on me! – I say – We cannot be everything to our family if we are exhausted or burnt out. You MUST take some time out for yourself to recharge the batteries ❤ Think of the retreat as a SUPER CHARGED get together with the girls ❤ you know how refreshed you feel after spending time with friends, now times that by 100!
- I can’t afford it! – I say – Of course you can! You can pay the $200 deposit today and make regular payments weekly, fortnightly or monthly until it is paid off. You can take as long or as little as you need to fit it into your budget and don’t worry about your partner! Most times they will encourage you to go once they see how you return from your first retreat ❤
- I couldn’t spend that much on just me! – I say – Why not? Mothers especially come last on most lists and for that reason alone you can’t afford not to! The retreats cost this much as that’s how much they cost ❤ I always pick homes that most people would never rent in their lifetime as a family and choose activities most of us do not treat ourselves with in daily life. PLUS you get kick ass strategies that you can take home to your families so it’s a win/win.
But ultimately the reason you SHOULD come to retreats is because you DESERVE it ❤
